Prices:
 
All prices on www.zuckerundsänf.ch are in CHF and include the statutory VAT in Switzerland (currently 7.7 %) and exclude shipping costs. The effective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
 
Shipping and returns:
 
Shipping within Switzerland takes place within 3-5 working days.
 
You can order zucker und sänf from all countries. Deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to customs and VAT charges, which must be paid in full by the recipient. Extraordinary delivery times will be marked.
 
Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the current prices of the post office: http:/www.post.ch/
 
All zucker und sänf products are basically unisex, oversized, and are handprinted by me in very small editions. I therefore ask you not to order several sizes at once. Please note the details in the shop under product description/fit.

If you are not satisfied with your order:
 
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. You have to pay the return costs yourself. The returned items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition - in the original packaging, otherwise the right to return is forfeited. After this period, a return is no longer possible. 
 
It is best to notify us of your return in advance via contact@zuckerundsänf.ch. 
 
The purchase amount will be refunded within 3-5 working days after receipt of your return.
